The house we were purchasing was a longer than normal process due to the home itself, but Jim was right there the entire time and worked directly with my realtor in regards to the issues that came up to help us settle on time! Global was very efficient telling us everything they needed, and never made us jump through hops! Our settlement was the easiest settlement that I have ever been a part of (purchased two other homes before) and this was by far the quickest and not stressful at all. This is the 4th transaction in which my husband and I have trusted Jim and his team at Global (three purchases and a refinance) and they do not disappoint.
